9:44 AM. Tower #1 and #2 burn and smoke. None of us are aware that people are trapped or have died and assume that the buildings are evacuated. It is a very sunny morning and visibility to the buildings is strong. What is happening seems surreal and we are all in shock, staring at each other in disbelief. We all just say the same thing. "Oh My God.".
