This could have been taken on the surface of Mars. The photo speaks for itself. Also, it puts in ratio the size of man to remaining structure. The "pile" is thirty or forty feet high. It is twisted metal, i-beams and concrete. One fireman told me hosing down one area is like putting one drop of water on a campfire. Still, hope continued that there would be
survivors trapped in pockets.
